What People are Saying
Providing people with a financial education can often bring about transformative change in their lives, and some of them write to let us know about it.
We care deeply about our customers and about those who work with us. We consider each and every person as part of our Genistar family. This is why we are taking steps to make sure everyone is treated fairly and has the same opportunities. We are proud to announce that we are partnering with several organizations to this end.
A Safe Pair of Hands – We take customer service seriously and are committed to ensuring our processes and services meet the needs of all our customers – and especially for those who may find themselves in vulnerable circumstances. We have committed to the 9-point Financial Vulnerability Taskforce charter. Read more about it here.
EDAC – Genistar has signed the Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant Pledge. This is a pledge by businesses to support women affected by abuse to enter or re-enter the workplace.
